Targuard works as you gradually smoke less.

I was asthmatic as a child, so although smoking is thoroughly stupid for me, I got pulled into it as a teen. As I got older I whished I hadn't as I got flu all the time then bronchitis and then pneumonia. I may not be strong enough to kick the habit yet, but Targuard has helped in that apart from flu, I can breathe and have not been hospitalised or nebulised and feel great.
